The After Hours Clinics are for rostered patients of CHFHT.

This means you must be a patient of one of the physicians or nurse practitioners at the Family Health Team.

They are operated on a first come first served basis. At times, there may also be a couple of pre-booked appointments. We do understand that waiting can be inconvenient.

The After Hour Clinics are not urgent care clinics. All emergency cases should be transported directly to the emergency department.
